During our 12-night stay, I appreciated how helpful Mike and Sarah were. They were always ready to assist and did so with genuine smiles, making us feel welcome. However, the mattress in our Queen Studio could definitely use an upgrade, and the kitchenware was a bit outdated. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the room could use some improvements.

The cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing. I found ashes in the bed, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The noise from loitering guests outside was disruptive and made for an uncomfortable stay.

However, there were some issues. the room cleanliness could improve, and the noise from outside made it difficult to sleep. The property has potential, but there are minor areas that need attention.

The refrigerator was rusty!!! The stove was missing a burner!!! The bathroom had renovation issues and looked abandoned!!! Cleanliness was below a reasonable standard, with stained linens and dirty dishes!!!

The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions and amenities, making it a great base for exploration.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America Suites, Foxboro, Norton. The staff was exceptional, especially Linda and Ina at the front desk, who made me feel welcome and at home. The atmosphere was friendly and the room was clean, offering all the conveniences I needed.

The Queen Studio had air conditioning, kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. I loved the cozy dining area and the powerful shower. Staff was so welcoming and attentive. Plus, the location is awesome near highways. Makes staying here super convenient.

The room was closer to the highway than expected, which was convenient. Additionally, the check-in process was frustrating as the room keys didn't work and the staff was somewhat dismissive about it. On a more positive note, I appreciated the staff's attempts to address concerns professionally, particularly Joanna, who managed her responsibilities well despite the circumstances.

The wifi worked well, and the parking was free. Room cleanliness could improve.
